All Intercultural Development coaching starts with your decision to offer the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) -- the internationally recognized assessment used to guide intercultural competence development.
Along with each IDI, individuals on your team receive one short debrief, however you can opt into additional coaching to support efforts of growth and offer your team individualized accountability to meet their intercultural competency goals.
