Momentum provides nonprofits, foundations, and other initiatives seeking social change with the tools and resources they need to ignite the heart of their work, the community. We believe in holistic community engagement that not only focuses on getting the right donors and sharing your message, but one that looks at strategic volunteer engagement, on the ground implementation (without committees), and managing your work with equity at top of mind.

Our services are designed to improve your work with every community touch point.

Why I founded Momentum?

Tera Wozniak Qualls founded Momentum because she wanted to make a bigger impact on the world, knowing the best way to do that is to help nonprofits make a bigger impact themselves. Bringing her experience launching nonprofit organizations and managing community research efforts. Tera wants to work with social change organizations ready to engage their communities in new ways and make change using the voices of their community members.
